Our team brings decades of experience in consulting, coaching, learning, and organizational development. Many members of our team hold advanced degrees and are certified across multiple modalities for consulting, coaching, and presenting. This also includes qualifications to administer, interpret, and educate clients on assessments. Adhlere Coffy

Adhlere is a trained engineer and data scientist with years of experience working in the non-profit and philanthropic sectors. He has two patents for his work as an engineer and has published data science projects through various agencies he has collaborated with. He holds Master’s degrees from NYU in Applied Urban Science & Informatics.

Anne Grieves is a Gallup certified CliftonStrengths coach / team-building facilitator. With a professional background in career coaching, Anne has the ability to guide individuals, groups, and teams to identify and achieve their career goals. Her unique approach provides people with the tools and insights they need to experience a paradigm shift in how to explore new possibilities.

Chavonne Stewart

Chavonne is a speaker, author, coach, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience in leadership, management and business administration. She is committed to lifelong learning. Currently, Chavonne is working on her Ph.D in Leadership Studies and holds an M.S. in Management with a leadership and organization effectiveness concentration. She is also a certified life coach.

Christa Whitten has been delivering dynamic, interactive team development programs, trainings and events for organizations for almost 20 years. Her focus is on creating impactful, results-oriented experiences through experiential learning and thoughtful conversations. Christa is a certified practitioner of the MBTI, both FIRO-B & FIRO-Business assessments, Dialogue Education, and is an adjunct professor of Adventure Education at NWCC.

David Rowell

David is a speaker, facilitator, instructor, consultant and published author who believes that working relationships based on authenticity, and open engagement are cornerstone to both individual and organizational achievement. Prior to private consulting David enjoyed a storied career with the US federal government, where he taught diversity, leadership, and team building. He has also worked closely with a U.N. organization developing international gender policy and gender programs.
