With over two decades of training experience across a variety of industries, KJR has developed a comprehensive library of learning modules across a broad range of topics. Participants leave our training having not only strengthened their knowledge and skills of the topic, but also having developed a personal desire and motivation to apply the tools and strategies they’ve learned on the job. Our team of trainers and consultants have extensive experience leading training at all organizational levels and are subject matter experts on a wide variety of business-related topics. Our course content is comprehensive, well-researched, and professionally presented, utilizing a high-energy, facilitative style which encourages audience engagement in both in-person and virtual sessions.
All KJR training sessions adhere to our best practices, which include:
KJR recognizes that individuals can vary greatly in terms of their awareness, perspectives, and experiences related to the topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Each person embarks on a unique and deeply personal journey as they explore the dynamics of diversity and deepen their understanding of the cultural context within which we live.
We also understand that engaging in this work requires far more of participants than simply learning new intellectual concepts. It challenges each of us to reexamine our psychological identities and reevaluate our understanding of the world we live in.
KJR helps leaders set direction, create and share an inspiring vision, and influence and guide teams and organizations. Using Patrick Lencioni’s The Advantage model for organizational health, KJR workshops reinforce the importance of building team cohesion and organizational clarity.
In addition to foundational leadership skills, such as setting expectations, coaching, managing conflict, and more, KJR workshops provide leaders with strategies and tools for strengthening organizational culture, enhancing communication, team building, and other skills critical for developing and supporting a thriving team and organization.
KJR recognizes that each organization is unique. We partner with leaders to gain insight into the unique context and challenges facing the organization and will customize a leadership program dedicated to overcoming them.
In today’s competitive and ever-changing world, the ability to adapt and evolve is critical to long-term success. Successful execution of an organizational change begins and ends with people. In fact, the single biggest reason initiatives fail is that organizations often don’t spend the time necessary to influence and mold individual behavior in a way that establishes the foundation and momentum for successful, lasting organizational transformation.
KJR understands there are different roles and players in the organizational change process and our workshops are tailored to the unique needs of each. Using Prosci’s ADKAR framework our workshops help leaders plan and guide change initiatives. Recognizing that each individual’s reaction and journey through organizational transition may differ, we embrace William Bridges’ Managing Transitions model to help leaders and managers understand how to guide individuals and teams through change. KJR also recognizes that we each are responsible for our own reaction to change. Therefore, we also help individuals build awareness of their own reaction to change and provide tactics they can use to help themselves adapt.
The fast-paced world we live and work in requires we employ numerous strategies and tools to ensure we are re-prioritizing, re-organizing, and re-analyzing to ensure we are laser-focused on the efforts that will have the greatest impact on our ability to succeed. Exceptional time and priority management, stellar project management, savvy use of technology, effective meeting management, and the ability to design engaging presentations are critical to success.
KJR’s kitchen tested workshops equip participants with the strategies and tools necessary to take control over their workload to ensure maximum productivity levels.
Team cohesion happens when a team remains united while working to achieve a common goal. Being a cohesive team means that not only are group goals met but everyone feels like they have contributed to the overall success of the group.
KJR workshops help teams strengthen the interpersonal connections needed to readily engage with each other and remain motivated to set and accomplish goals. Using team development theory, reflective tools, and experiential simulations, KJR provides teams with the awareness and strategies needed to understand team dynamics, address issues, and work cohesively in pursuit of team goals.
