Her focus is on creating impactful, results-oriented experiences through experiential learning and thoughtful conversations. Christa is a certified practitioner of the MBTI, both FIRO-B & FIRO-Business assessments, Dialogue Education, and is an adjunct professor of Adventure Education at NWCC.
